"I ordered this about two weeks ago and..."
I ordered this about two weeks ago and it still hasn’t shown up. The tracking barely updates either, which makes the whole thing even more annoying. I don’t know, there’s just something about it that feels really frustrating when you’re waiting and getting no real info.

I didn’t expect programming this thing to be so stressful. The instructions were confusing and I kept messing something up and having to start all over again, which got really frustrating fast. It might be fine once you finally get it set up, but the whole process was way more annoying than it needed to be.

"Remote is fine, I guess"
It works like it’s supposed to, so I can’t really complain too much. The remote just feels kind of cheap in the hand, like the buttons and plastic are a bit flimsy. Not a huge deal, but I expected it to feel a little more..

"Weak selection, total clown show"
Their remote selection is pathetic. I was looking for remotes for two totally common TVs and somehow they didn’t have either one. After wasting my time digging around, I just gave up. Kind of a joke if you ask me

"Took a little while to hear back"
I reached out and ended up waiting a bit longer than I expected for a reply. Once they did get back to me it was fine, but the response time was definitely on the slower side.

"Works, but the site’s a little clunky"
I did end up finding the remote I needed, so that part was fine. But, like, the site felt a bit slow at times, and the menus were kind of confusing to get through. Checkout was okay overall, though. I just think it could be a little easier to browse.

"Not a bad remote, but it wasn’t no bargain"
The remote worked fine enough, so I can’t say it didn’t do the job. But for the price, it felt a little higher than it should’ve been. I ended up finding similar ones for less after I already ordered, which was annoying. Shipping wasn’t terrible or anything, but overall it just didn’t feel like no great deal. Not the worst place to buy from, I just wish the cost lined up better with what you actually get.

"Remote didn’t actually work with my TV"
I ordered this remote because it said it was compatible with my TV model, but actually, only some of the buttons worked. Shipping was fine and showed up okay, but the compatibility info seems off. I ended up having to go back to using my old remote

I sent the item back and I’m still waiting on my refund. i’m just tired of having to keep following up on something that should’ve been handled already.

"Right remote, shipping was kinda unclear"
I did end up getting the right remote, so that part was good. The shipping info was a little all over the place though, and I wasn’t totally sure when it was actually showing up.
